Personal training is a one-on-one fitness approach where you work with an instructor to develop a customized exercise program tailored to your specific fitness goals. This is a strength and conditioning session with our in-house, certified Personal Trainer. Book under ‘Personal Training’ here.

Corporate Training

Our private corporate training sessions are perfect for building team culture and improving your corporate wellness and employee benefits packages. Our instructors will meet your team where they are in their fitness journey – adapting and modifying where needed.

We can accommodate up to 8 individuals per session, with recurring bookings scheduled on a weekly basis. These closed groups allow for customized training and individualized support. All experience levels are welcome. Contact us to learn more.
