The Fundamentals Series


 

If you love learning the how’s and why’s while moving, The Fundamentals Series is for you! This is an unique opportunity to slow down and get it right, from the start! In this 8-week class series you will learn the essential movement skills of Pilates and build these skills week by week. Unlike any other Pilates class, this course is an in-depth experience of mind/body movements, built on strength, that will be the basis for your Pilates workouts. It is most suitable for beginners, however, experienced students can benefit from this knowledgable and engaging series.
