Private Sessions


Private Sessions are one-on-one sessions for those of you who crave attention and want specific personal attention or you are recovering from an injury, have multiple injuries or require customized movement training expertise. These sessions are all about you,  your concerns about movement and focus entirely on supporting your movement practice. Our Introductory 5 is a starting point for new students. Students of all levels can also register for a single Private Session.
