Sometimes even Pilates is not enough to help us sTRetch! Flexibility training is here and it is open to all levels. *This class is only open to 4 students, utilizes techniques of static and dynamic stretching, PNF and myofascial release using balls and props. These techniques work to improve range of motion which improves posture, facilitating more effective muscle activation while also reducing soreness and pain. In addition to many physical benefits, this class is a calming, intentional experience that can help to reset your nervous system and reduce stress.
